A shebeen (Irish: síbín, "home-made whiskey") was originally an illicit bar or club where accessible alcoholic beverages were sold without a licence.

The rental rate is $100/hour Thursday-Sunday

There is a 2-hour minimum for all rentals. (Important Note: Make sure to account for setup and clean up when calculating how many hours you will need the space for.)

Payment for 1 hour is due at the time of signing the contract in order to reserve the space. Final payment is due at Load-In for the event.

Every rental comes with access to tables and seating for 50 guests. Additionally, disposable goods (plates, napkins, cutlery) are provided.

The Shebeen Rental Space max capacity is 45 people seated and 60 standing.

Yes, however we would love to assist you with any of your sweet treat needs for your event. We specialize in sweets and savory alike with a variety of pastry options. We also have a great selection of teas and coffees. We suggest placing your order for these items two weeks in advance.

Home baked goods are welcomed as well, but we kindly ask that you do not bring other baked goods in from competing bakeries.

Yes, you can bring in alcohol for your event, but the renter must ensure alcohol is being consumed in a responsible manner at all times.

5 Points does not provide alcohol in any form. The renter shall not sell alcohol on the premises at any time and may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time.

5 Points staff reserve the right to ID any guest for security and liability reasons.

Yes! We have co-ed public restroom with two stalls. The restroom is gender neutral and is ADA compliant for those in a wheel chair.
